Amanda H. Aucoin


Amanda’s practice includes personal injury litigation, insurance coverage, first party property coverage, third party disputes, bad faith/extra contractual, premises liability, and trucking and transportation defense.  She has argued motions in both state and federal courts throughout Louisiana. As an appellate lawyer, Amanda has successfully briefed and argued in the Louisiana Circuit Courts of Appeal and Louisiana Supreme Court.  Since joining MMP in 2007, Amanda has utilized her legal and organizational skills to develop positive relationships with clients and is known for her ability to provide individual attention and responsiveness to every client in order to accomplish favorable results in litigation.

Amanda attended Louisiana State University and Loyola University School of Law. Amanda is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, New Orleans Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, and is a Notary Public. She was admitted to the Louisiana State Bar in 2007 and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.  Amanda resides in New Orleans with her husband Ralph and their two daughters, Ella and Celeste.
